Our exceptional auto screen printing machines gives the product a flawless finish. We have auto screen printing machines, comprising of six colours in one pass. We have developed inhouse a unique proprietary process to prevent printing matters from any abrasion and give glossy or matt finish on substrate which looks like lamination of printing matter.

The machines are multicolor automatic screen printer with multifunction. It suitable to print different shapes & sizes of bottles. According to the characteristics of products, these machines can be equipped with kinds of functions such as automatic loading and unloading, orientation, flame treatment, dedusting, automatic registration, non-printing without bottles , and UV Curing system, etc.

Prepress work is being carried out by using precise & stable hi-tech prepress equipment. Our entire decoration department is based on delivering consistency in quality in terms of registration, the accuracy of colours, information and such.

Moreover, we can modify our machinery to print any specific product and also to meet the customized requirements of our clients.

Additionally, we offer Sleeving facilities where highly designed & printed sleeve labels get tightly wrap around the bottles by using hi-tech machines. After shrinking it looks like as if the printing is done on the bottle.
