Besides having mould-safety features, all machines have the right amount of control on the pressure as well as the flow of melted plastic material to get equal quality of products. This ascertains that all products from this production line are exact, identical and are of prime quality. All machines are equipped with automatic loaders, dyers, and temperature controller and such.
Plugs, caps and the measuring cup are designed such that we can harness the utility of this machinery with precise controls and optimize our production.
All our mechanism has electrical as well as hydraulic core pulling, multi-point / stage ejector, and multi- stage air ejector system. Product made from these machines having consistency in quality.
