Products manufactured by using Blow Moulding are available in variety of shapes & sizes. We have different types of blows moulding machines such as single head, double head, and four head & all are known branded machines.

A striking feature of this blow moulding machines is the automatic leak testing component which is attached to each machine. This component determines every microscopic pin hole on bottles and containers which could cause a leak. It instantaneously auto-ejects defective bottles.

We have multi cavities of moulds for each shape and the same can be allocated on any machines to boost the production as per customer’s requirements. These machines are equipped with unique mould quality & simple operating system. All machines have moog control to get equal wall thickness in containers.

Some of the machinery provides a view strip facility to ascertain the quantity of product used. Some machines are equipped with multi barrels to produce multilayer bottles.

The production capacity begins from 50 ml bottles to 100 liter drums.
