It imparts high barrier properties on HDPE / PP rigid containers. This barrier safeguards the intrinsic properties of the product inside the plastic bottle.
A skilled and a convenient technique – “Fluorination of HDPE products” is a surface modification process. It substitutes hydrogen molecules by fluorine molecules which acts as a barrier. It creates a safety wall between the packed liquid contents and the walls of a plastic bottle. This reduces the risk of permeation and non-compatibility issues or imploding or exploding of the bottle during the product’s shelf life.
It is a significant technology in our sphere that enables the product inside the plastic containers to withstand any change in the ambient temperature. It also prevents the building of any pressure inside the container/canister due to constant movement during transportation.
Instead of packing highly volatile, potent chemicals and solvents in outdated or expensive materials such as glass, aluminum, tin, MS drums etc., the fluorination make it convenient to use commonly preferred economical present-day material (i.e. HDPE) for packaging of these volatile products thus making it safe and sturdy.

The Fluorination process can be applied to any size of HDPE / PP Containers ranging from 50ml to 1000 liters IBCs.
