1. What is TMBM Barrier Plus technology of Bloom Seal and how does it differ from COEX plastic packaging?

TMBM barrier Plus technology is an advanced packaging approach that involves the use of multiple layers of HDPE material to create a barrier against external factors such as moisture, Oxygen, gases, light & permeation. TMBM Material is part of HDPE (Core) layer & TMBM Containers are 100% recyclable. It differs from COEX (multilayer barrier technology) since it’s not easily recyclable.

Bloom Seal’s TMBM Barrier Plus technology was developed by using HDPE and a special alloy in the crafting of all three layers.

The outer layer functions as a shield by providing mechanical stability to the structure.

The middle layer is a high moisture barrier for solid and liquid formulations sensitive to moisture permeation.

The innermost layer prevents the product from changing its inherent properties.
